Essence Wines showcases an enticing collection of Res Fortes wines, crafted to capture the essence of each grape variety. Two standout wines shine in this case: Merlot Madness and Chaotic Chardonnay, both presented in elegant bottles with modern designs.

Merlot Madness, a true testament to the Merlot grape, has a captivating deep ruby hue that hints at the richness within. The aromas are a symphony of fresh red fruits, interwoven with subtle hints of spice. On the palate it unfolds a velvety texture, with flavours of black cherry, strawberry and raspberry. Its well-balanced acidity lends a refreshing edge and a lingering, warming finish.

Chaotic Chardonnay shows the vibrant side of the Chardonnay grape. It pours a beautiful pale straw colour, with aromas ranging from ripe citrus fruits to more mineral notes. Being unoaked gives it another level of freshness. The palate is wonderfully textured, with flavours of white peach, melon and a touch of citrus zest, and a crisp, refreshing backbone leading to a long, satisfying finish.
