Take a private tour of Res Fortes' vineyards in Maury, located at the footlhills of the Pyrenees. 

These vineyards, situated in a valley surrounded by steep mountain peaks and chateaus, are known for producing some of the toughest terrain for winemaking.

Walk between the Grenache vines, some of which are over 120 years old, and see how the unique area and land contribute to the grapes' growth and the wine's taste.

Keep an eye out for wild almond trees, lavender, rosemary, and thyme growing in the vineyards' soils, and perhaps even meet Lola, the Border Collie puppy who serves as the vineyard's inspector.

Continue the tour at the winery, where you will learn about the wine-making process and have a tasting session.
