Frequently asked questions
We dispatch our orders within 1-2 working days, and 95% of our orders are delivered the next working day from dispatch. Occasionally there are factors beyond our control that may delay the dispatch or delivery of your items - we will do everything we can to get your wines to you as quickly as possible.
Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you an email notification which will include tracking information. Please bear in mind it can sometimes take a few hours for the tracking information to show. You will also get alerts from our courier. We recommend you add a mobile number so our courier can send text alerts to keep you updated on your order progress.
Do you deliver internationally?
Yes, anywhere within in the EU, please contact us and we will be able to provide you with shipping options.
Please contact us if you need to make any changes to your order, such as changing your delivery address.
Yes, we offer a complimentary gift message service. Add a gift message to your order, and we’ll write this on a gift tag, and tie it round the neck of the bottle of wine. We think a hand-written message adds a personal touch!
